Jef Raskin, pioneer of the Macintosh and a UI god, passed away yesterday. May he rest in peace.
Looks like all that speculation about Apple being pissed about how iFlicks was an iTunes ripoff was right.
Hexilent removed a bunch of the biggest iTunes-y things, like the big jukebox LCD across the top of the panel, as well as the big ugly square buttons. But other than that, it still looks like crap.
As we all know, I’ve got a 4G 40GB iPod, and have had one since August. Well, with the advent of cheaper iPods, and with my acceptance to Rochester Institute of Technology, I can get me a 30 GB iPod Photo for about $80 less than I paid for my current iPod.
